Hi I was surfing the net when I came across the 2 Celica pages. I am
(well was) a proud owner of a Celica myself and I am glad to see other
Celica Enthusiast out there. The celica on the included picture below
was the 2nd car I have ever owned, it ran great!!!!! I originally
purchased the car from for 500 dollars from a desperate seller who was
in need of money. The car was in the exact same condition as in the
pic (just a little dirtier!) After test driving the car I payed the
owner 500 dollars in cash. I thought it would take about 500 more to
get it on the road but after having new Tie rods put on and 2 vavles
replaced I was driving the Celica back and forth from college within a
months time. I never had any probs with the car. I am also a big car
stereo fanatic so after spending over 1000 dollars on the system I had
my dream ride and for finishing touches I put on fog lights. This car
was in perfect condition, the leather interior was perfect no tears
anywear. This car was my diamond in the rough! Unfortunately my
happiness all came to a end on April 29th 1999 when a Van hit me in the
side going 55 mph, needless to say my car was totaled. I unharmed in
the wreck, thanx to God and the Toughness of my Celica..hehe That
Celica will always hold a specail place in my heart and I will always be
a Celica fan to my dying day!! I love both of the Celica websites,
keep up the good work!!!
